Very dark for a Nebbiolo compared to the piedmont wines which is typical for Nebbiolo from Valle de Guadalupe. Delicate and complex aroma such as black cherry, ripe plum, white pepper, leather, cloves, mint, rosemary and even chocolate. Medium long aftertaste with precious structure and faultless balance with addictive tannins! Aged for 14 months in used French oak barrels. This pairs beautifully with pasta with truffles, braised pork, grilled steak or even grilled quail. Simply precious. Un amor por el Valle de Guadalupe!
